1. Digital Delivery - Instant E-mail
Delivery & returns software keys starts with speed. Once Stripe or PayPal confirms payment, our system
automatically e-mails your 25-digit licence code within 30 seconds, along with a secure download link and
activation guide. If the message does not reach your inbox, please check the spam folder first, then open a ticket via the Contact page, so we can resend the key.
2. Physical Delivery & Returns Software Keys
DVDs, USB installers and boxed keycards leave our EU warehouse every business day at 16:00 CET. Orders placed before 14:00 CET ship same-day. After dispatch you receive a tracking number by e-mail.

Exchange or Return of Goods
If the item meets our quality standards yet no longer suits your needs, you may withdraw from the contract within 14 days of delivery.
To keep this right valid, please return the goods in their original condition so that they can be resold. Minor handling (e.g. opening the shipping carton) is acceptable; however, activation or visible damage removes the right of withdrawal.
You can still ask for an exchange or a partial refund if the value has fallen through no fault of your own.
A return is refused if any of the following components are missing :
- Factory-sealed cellophane or licence scratch-panel (for unopened keys)
- The invoice or e-mail receipt showing purchase at ProOfficeStore
- Warranty card or Certificate of Authenticity (if included)
- All accessories shipped in the box (USB stick, leaflet, blister, etc.)
When all criteria are met, we refund the payment using the same method within the legal time-frame.
FAQs
Digital keys arrive by e-mail within 30 seconds after payment. Check your spam folder, then contact support so we can resend the message or change the address. Physical parcels ship with tracking; follow the link in your dispatch e-mail for live updates.
Our e-mail system never sleeps, so digital licences go out 24 / 7. Couriers do not collect parcels on national holidays, therefore physical orders placed on those dates leave the warehouse the next working day.
Yes. We supply software keys to every country, and we ship boxed media worldwide via DHL / UPS. If your location has customs restrictions, our checkout will notify you before you pay.
Instant e-mail delivery is always “next minute”. For DVDs or USB sticks we offer UPS Express Saver to most EU capitals and major US cities. Choose the express option at checkout before 14 :00 CET and receive your parcel in 24–48 h.
Digital keys require no signature. Courier parcels do: the driver will request an autograph or a photo-ID scan. Alternatively, use the carrier’s web portal to reroute the parcel to a pickup point if you are away.
